Competition Rules

1. The camera must show you and the entire plate.
2. The food may cool down.
3. Timeen starter når du eller dit bestik rører maden.
4. You may gag a maximum of 3 times – otherwise disqualification.
5. No vulgar behavior (burping, mess) – disqualification.
6. If you drop or hide food – disqualification.
7. You may not stand up or leave the table – disqualification.
8. You must have a friend present in case something goes wrong.
9. If the camera rotates away from you or the food – disqualification.
